 DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Full Time PRINTMAKING STUDIO TECHNICIAN– Part-Time   
 DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Manifest seeks applications by qualified, experienced, and energetic candidates for the full time position of Development Manager.                 This will be a new position at Manifest. The role is currently being defined and will be crafted, in-part, around the qualifications of the ideal candidate. The position is available immediately.  Full time 40 hours per week.  Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
 Compensation: $45k-$65k range, based on qualifications and experience. Monthly allowance stipend for benefits.
 Reports to: Executive Director
 The ideal candidate is a calm, charismatic storyteller who is comfortable thinking outside the box, is a proactive learner, team player, strategic fundraiser, and detail-oriented skilled administrator with a passion for excellence in the visual arts, and supporting visual literacy, critical thinking, and skill development for the benefit of society.

 PRINTMAKING STUDIO TECHNICIANManifest is seeking a knowledgeable and highly organized Print Studio Technician to support and manage its new lithography and intaglio printmaking studio. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, well-equipped, and inspiring studio environment that supports printmaking in an educational and collaborative context. The Technician provides technical support to artists and students, oversees equipment and materials, and helps maintain the studio as a professional-level creative workspace. This is an opportunity to shape a new fine art print studio into a dynamic hub for learning, experimentation, and collaboration rooted in the traditions of stone lithography, etching, and other printmaking techniques.  This will be a new position at Manifest. Position is available immediately.  Part-time 20 hours per week*Flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
 
 * For qualified candidates a separate teaching contract, on a course-by-course basis and potentially on an annual basis, may be an added aspect of this position.
 Compensation: $18/hr Reports to: Executive Director and Education & Studio Program Manager.(Works under the general direction of the Executive Director and the day-to-day supervision of the Education & Studio Program Manager, in coordination with the Operations Manager on facilities, safety, and procurement matters.)
 
 The ideal candidate holds	a BFA or equivalent experience in Printmaking, with a strong foundation in stone lithography and intaglio processes (MFA with teaching experience preferred). Candidates must also have demonstrated experience working in a fine art print studio (educational, nonprofit, or residency-based), expertise in the safe use and maintenance of printmaking equipment and materials, 	excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively with artists and students of varying skill levels.

   About Manifest:         Manifest Creative Research Gallery and Drawing Center was founded in 2004 by Cincinnati area professors and students. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit arts organization headquartered in the historic urban neighborhood of East Walnut Hills in Cincinnati, Ohio. The museum-like street level exhibition space is minutes away from downtown Cincinnati, and the numerous academic institutions of higher learning in the region. It is also within easy walking distance of a diversely populated historic neighborhood with residents from all walks of life. The galleries are free and open to the public five or more hours per day (including evenings), five days a week, presenting unique and widely varied exhibitions featuring jury-selected works by artists from around the world. The 15,000 square foot Manifest Drawing Center studio is located about four miles west of the gallery in the community of Clifton. This recently purchased 93 year old historic building is what will become the home for ALL Manifest programs over the course of the next two years following a significant renovation and construction phase that is starting now! The Drawing Center offers life-drawing and a photographic darkroom for artists of all levels, as well as independent professionally-instructed college-level workshops and public demos in painting, drawing, photography, and other related disciplines throughout the year. By fall of 2025 the Center will also boast a brand new one-of-a-kind in the region printmaking studio supporting both relief printmaking and stone lithography. MissionManifest’s mission is to stand for the importance of quality and creative research in the visual arts, meaningful and accessible art-based experiences for the public, deep learning outside academia promoting skill development, visual literacy and critical thinking, and the rigorous documentation of exceptional art for posterity.
 
          Manifest Gallery serves as a venue for the display and experience of quality-vetted contemporary visual art made by local, national, and international artists, including students and professionals. Manifest Drawing Center promotes and explores drawing, photography, and related activities as rich and culturally significant art forms through the pursuit of educational hands-on activities.  Manifest Press documents the organization's collaborations with artists through artfully designed publications and has the goal to make the organization's projects accessible for public availability everywhere, including outside its own geographical radius.
