about the INPHA 7

For this seventh International Photography Annual Manifest received 548 submissions from 176 artists from 38 states and the countries of Canada, China, England, Germany, Ireland, Italy, and South Korea. The publication will include 66 works by 46 artists from 20 states and 5 countries including Canada, China, Italy, South Korea, and the United States. Written works by Stephanie Lehr (Oak Harbor, Ohio), Ansel Oommen (New York, New York), and Eric Rennie (Cromwell, Connecticut) are also included.

Eight professional and academic advisors qualified in the fields of art, design, photography, new media, criticism, and art history juried this project. The process of selection was by anonymous blind jury, with each jury member assigning a quality rating for artistic merit to each work submitted. The entries receiving the highest average combined score are included in this publication.
