ABOUT PREMIUMS: All premiums are a gift in exchange for support, and are offered while quantities last. Donations minus value of premium are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Later books in a series will ship once production is complete. *MEA books are only available as a premium at Philosopher level or above. All MEA books are a ‘delayed investment’ premium, and will ship when available, possibly during following year or later.
