about the INPHA 8

For this eighth International Photography Annual Manifest received 1,080 submissions from 220 artists in 39 states, and 14 countries. The publication includes 63 works by 42 artists from 21 states and 9 countries including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, England, France, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, and the United States. A written work by Anne Keener (El Rito, New Mexico) is also included.

Eight volunteer professional and academic advisors qualified in the fields of art, design, photography, new media, criticism, and art history juried this project. The process of selection was by anonymous blind jury, with each jury member assigning a quality rating for artistic merit to each work submitted. The entries receiving the highest average combined score are included in this publication.
